Your tasks:
  • Monitor the production process, make sure in each process step the SOP and product specification is fulfilled.
  • Monitor the manufacturing process performance and make sure in each process step the product quality meet the specifications.

Quality Manager (m/f/d), VIA192

Your tasks:
  • Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO/IATF requirement, and regulatory/legal requirements.
  • Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
  • Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
  • Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
  • Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
  • Conduct periodic management review meetings.
  • Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems.
  • Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.
  • Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.

  • Prepare and maintain company quality system certification including (ISO 9001 & IATF16949)
  • Regularly review the compliance of internal processes to ISO & IATF
  • Coordinate with external audits (customer audit and 3rd party audits) and follow up the action plans

  • Coordinate and ensure smooth functioning of the production process

Engineering Manager (m/f/d)
Position:

Full-time

Location: Nuremberg
Your tasks:
  • Finalize the product specification and establish the qualification plan and execute related tests with quality
  • Establish the process work instructions for production and hand over the product to production
  • Designs and builds electrical testing equipment, including test equipment for R&D as needed
  • Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
  • In cooperation with other departments, investigate and adjust the process or the product in response to customer complaints regarding quality
  • Sustaining production support
  • Facility management (Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment)
  • Work closely with Human Resources to recruit new talent; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
  • Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department, service, laboratory or firm
  • Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services
