Your tasks:
  • Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO/IATF requirement, and regulatory/legal requirements.
  • Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
  • Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
  • Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
  • Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
  • Conduct periodic management review meetings.
  • Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems.
  • Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.

Your tasks:
  • Driver development, signal processing, controlling, user interfaces towards complete systems and respective test Setups
  • Development comprises displays, touch screens, cameras, communication interfaces, related drivers, signal processing as well as application front ends
  • Data busses, such as, CAN, LVDS, FPD and others

Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/d), VIA210
Position:

Your tasks:
  • Ensuring the quality standards of VIA optronics GmbH
  • Coordinate with failure parts return process (RMA)
  • Initial analysis of complained parts from customer, and hand over the deep analysis to related function (e.g SQE, Engineering etc)
  • Initiate, implement and track measures to prevent product errors in cooperation with internal and external units
  • Assure technically and functionally correct application of quality tools and methods which are relevant to production, including customer's requirements
  • Identify potential field risks on the product and forward information to related function.
  • Make suggestions as to lessons learned measures with information from the customer rejects and coordinate internally

Engineering Manager (m/f/d)
Position:

Your tasks:
  • Finalize the product specification and establish the qualification plan and execute related tests with quality
  • Establish the process work instructions for production and hand over the product to production
  • Designs and builds electrical testing equipment, including test equipment for R&D as needed
  • Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
  • In cooperation with other departments, investigate and adjust the process or the product in response to customer complaints regarding quality

Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d), VIA208
Position:

Location: Shiga, Japan
Your tasks:
  • Engagement with customers on mass produced products:
    • Assessment of complaints and quality defect situation through direct communication with Shanghai OSS, and sharing of the information internally within the company.
    • Giving directions to the company to investigate and identify root cause of each defects and to administer corrective measures, submit reports on countermeasures to the customers via OSS.
    • Business trips to Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Attend periodic quality meetings (once per 6 months).
    • Provide explanation and guidance to the customers on characteristics of Cu sensor film and correct processing methods.
  • Conclusion of delivery specifications for mass production:
    • Crafting delivery specifications for mass production.
    • Aligning with customers on standards and specifications, moving negotiation forward to conclude delivery specifications.
  • Handling internal quality defects.
    • Quality determination on whether a product is acceptable or defective, execute countermeasures (must learn how to inspect products and how to detect defects).
    • Implement corrective measures for quality incidents and defective products.

    • Technical and commercial responsibility for our customer projects
    • Responsibility for complete project execution including required quality, time- and cost/budget management
    • Optimization of development process (NPI) in close collaboration with R&D, quality, sales, marketing and customers
    • Project Management, Customer Support from sample to Mass production
    • Clearly define customers’ requirements for new prototyping work
      • Collect information on requirements and wants, directly from the customers
      • Conduct and manage design reviews
    • Check drawings provided by customers and VTS.

Area Sales Manager (m/f/d), VIA207
Position:

Location: Orlando, Florida
Your tasks:
  • Responsible for managing the entire sales effort for an extended territory including the activities of a large independent representative network.
  • Hire, motivate, train and hold accountable the manufacturer’s representative network within the given territory.
  • Give customer presentations to design engineers and other pertinent functional areas of current and prospective accounts within the given territory.
  • Prepare proposals which require coordinating the efforts of Program Management, Project Engineering, Engineering Development, Materials, Quality Assurance, Production and the Accounting department.
  • Provide current and prospective accounts with technical assistance and administrative information for the purpose of growing current relationships and developing new accounts.
  • Prepare and review all quotations both for standard and custom products, meeting price and gross margin objectives set by the company.
  • Prepare sales forecasts on a monthly basis and be prepared to speak on each listing.
  • Submit reports on a regular basis, including, but not limited to, weekly reports, monthly forecasts, trip reports, expense accounts, quarterly representative reviews, etc.
  • Meet the quarterly sales goals established for a given territory.
  • Coordinate customer visits including overall responsibility for agenda, facility tours and entertainment.
  • Successful negotiation with supply chain partners to support sales initiatives.
  • Attend meetings as required including weekly meetings with Sr. Management to review sales opportunities and forecasts.
